Thank you for shopping with Olive and Rose. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).


2. Shipping Address

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. Olive and Rose is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Charges may vary based on your location and the size of your order.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, etc.).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS (where available). You can use this to monitor your shipment status directly with the carrier.


6. No Cancellation, Return, Exchange, or Refund

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances, except as stated in Section 7 below.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery through our Instagram page via direct message.

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your concern and respond at the earliest. Resolution is subject to our discretion and verification of the reported issue.


8. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your building reception first. If the issue persists, contact us via Instagram within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in coordinating with the carrier.


9. Responsibility Post-Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Olive and Rose is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
