We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. All purchases made on our website are final.

2. No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, colour, or product selected by the customer
  • Delayed delivery due to carrier or external factors
  • Failure to collect the package from the delivery location

3. No Exchanges

We do not facilitate product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, a new order must be placed separately.


4. Exception – Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality seriously. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault or shipping mishap, you may report it to us.

To raise a damage/defect claim:

  1. Contact us via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Include the following in your message:
    • Order number
    • Clear photo or video showing the damage or defect
    • Brief description of the issue

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered. Resolution — including replacement or store credit — is at the sole discretion of Olive and Rose, subject to verification of the reported issue. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above criteria.


5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your cart carefully — including the shipping address, product details, and quantity — before confirming your purchase.


6. Conditions Not Covered

The following are not covered under any claim:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery
  • Items marked as "sale," "clearance," or "final sale"
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
